Simple Vegan Friendly Tacos

Hello, this vegan taco recipe is as simple and yummy as it gets. Although I am vegetarian/ pescatarian I still try to keep the amount of animal products I use to a minimum. This recipe is an awesome way to switch up the way you eat tacos.


  • 1 Taco Kit
  • 1 Can Of Black Beans
  • 1/2 Cups of Walnuts
  • Pico De Gallo
  • 1 avocado
  • Lettuce

This is very quick to make, 5 minutes to prep and 5 minutes to prepare.

First, you want to start by draining your can of black beans, once drained put the black beans and 1/2 cup of walnuts in the food processor. When the beans and walnuts are thoroughly blended, add in taco seasoning from the taco kit. Cook the beans/ walnuts for five minutes on medium heat. Preheat oven to 350°, put tortilla shells in the oven for 1 minute. Then dice your avocado, now take your hard tortilla shell fill it with beans, lettuce, Pico de Gallo, and avocado.
