Easy As 1-2-3 Vegan Stir-fry

No kidding this recipes is easy as 1-2-3. I struggle to stay motivated to eat healthier vegan/ vegetarian meals because sometimes it is very time consuming. This stir fry gives me the flexibility to eat delicious foods and still consume all the necessary nutrients in a short amount of time. This meal literally cost me $3 to make, just three dollars. All the ingredients can be found at any of your local grocery store, but I specifically purchased mine at Dillion’s/Kroger.


  • Tofu ( sweet & sour) comes packaged together if unable to find this you can simply just purchase tofu and sweet and sour sauce.
  • Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables or fresh.
  • Sesame seeds (I already had this in my pantry)
  • Olive oil
  • Instructions
  • Take 1 tablespoon of olive oil and put in your stir fry pan, let oil get hot before placing tofu into the pan. Place tofu in pan and scramble it like you would do eggs. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add in your stir fry vegetables and allow to cook throughly for 4 minutes, once vegetables are all cooked add in sweet and sour sauce, sesame seed. Wala, that completes this easy vegan stir fry meal.
